First, the product warranty period

     Shenzhen City in the special, ZTW Technology Co., Ltd. production products are provided for six months warranty. The company promised since the date of purchase, seven days Baohuan, six months after the paid maintenance.

 Second, the warranty period after the warranty period but do not have the warranty conditions, according to the following standard fee:

   1, for the model with a brushless electronic governor series

       (1) component damage is very small, circuit boards and valuable components in good condition, charge maintenance costs 20 RMB;

       (2) a small number of valuable components damaged, but do not need to replace the new circuit board, can still repair, charge maintenance costs 35 RMB;

   (3) damage to multiple components, the circuit board can not be repaired, need to replace the new board, the cost of repair service by the product market to guide the retail value of 6.5 fold;

   (4) the product has been unable to repair, can only be scrapped, the cost of the product market to guide the retail value of 8 fold calculation, the scrap can be replaced with new products;

 

       (5) software upgrades for life free, sent to indicate "software upgrade";

   2, for the car without a sense of brushless electronic governor series

       (1) component damage is very small, circuit boards and valuable components in good condition, charge maintenance costs 20 RMB;

      (2) a small number of valuable components damaged, but do not need to replace the new circuit board, still repairs, the maintenance costs of 35 RMB

   (3) damage to multiple components, the circuit board can not be repaired, need to replace the new board, charge maintenance costs by product market guidance retail value of 6.5 fold

   (4) the product has been unable to repair, can only be scrapped, the cost of the product market to guide the retail value of 8 fold calculation, the scrap can be replaced with new products;

 

       (5) software upgrades for life free, sent to indicate "software upgrade";

 

3, for the car feel brushless electronic governor series

 

(1) component damage is very little, circuit boards and valuable components intact, charge maintenance costs 30 RMB;

       (2) a small number of valuable components damage, but do not need to replace the new circuit board, still repairs, charge maintenance costs 45 RMB

   (3) damage to multiple components, the circuit board can not be repaired, need to replace the new board, charge maintenance costs by product market guidance retail value of 6.5 fold

   (4) the product has been unable to repair, can only be scrapped, the cost of the product market to guide the retail value of 8 fold calculation, the scrap can be replaced with new products;

        (5) software upgrades for life free, sent to indicate "software upgrade";

4, for the car without a sense of feeling brushless motor products

   Brushless motor rotor demagnetization, spindle bending or breaking, bearing damage, etc. are not covered within the warranty

 

 

 Third, freight handling

1, in line with the warranty conditions of the product, paid by the customer to send to the transit Technology Co., Ltd. transport costs. After the product is repaired, the shipping costs returned to the customer are paid by ZTW Technology Co., Ltd.

2, do not meet the warranty conditions of product maintenance, charge maintenance, software upgrades generated by the return shipping customers are deducted.

3, customers outside the mainland of China, please contact the local vendors to focus on maintenance processing to save expensive courier and bank charges.
